Bflex and IPBX: importing a professional audio message onto your voicemail
Business customers of Bouygues Telecom Entreprises have access to the solution Bflex, a unified communications platform that manages all lines, voicemail boxes and IVRs via a centralised administrator portal. Unlike the standard mobile voicemail service (660), Bflex allows audio files to be imported directly into each user’s voicemail box.
This is the key difference between the general public and business users: on a Bflex line, the welcome message is not recorded by voice over the telephone. It is uploaded as an audio file via the administration portal, which ensures consistent professional quality across all lines.
Here is the procedure for uploading an audio file to a Bflex user’s voicemail via the administrator portal.
Each employee can also access their voicemail via their own BflexCare portal, or by dialling the 660 from their Bouygues mobile. The administrator can enable or disable access as required.
If your business has a telephone switchboard (3CX, Mitel, RingOver, Aircall, Alcatel, etc.) connected to Bouygues Telecom lines, your welcome message is not managed by the 660 service. It is managed directly within your IPBX in the form of audio files uploaded by your telecoms installer.
With Bouygues Telecom’s business solutions (Bflex, IPBX), importing audio files ensures a message of consistent quality, without being dependent on the acoustics of an office or an employee’s speaking ability.
Voconix generates an audio file ready for import in 30 seconds: you write your text, choose from the AI voices available in 5 languages, add music from a selection of over 10,000 tracks if you wish, and download the file. It is directly compatible with Bflex and all IPBX systems on the Bouygues network.
For the teams, Voconix enables you to create consistent messages for all staff: the same voice, the same background music, and the same standardised volume level for telephone calls. Each member of staff can have their own personalised message (absence, holiday, meeting) without the need for any voice recording.

Bouygues and B&YOU plans and pay-as-you-go cards: access, customisation and settings
The Bouygues mobile voicemail service (accessible by dialling 660) is enabled by default on all Bouygues Telecom and B&YOU plans, as well as on pay-as-you-go SIM cards. It activates automatically if you do not answer the call, or if your phone is switched off or out of range.
More than just a voicemail service, the Bouygues voicemail is often the first point of contact a caller has with you when they are unable to reach you. A clear and professional welcome message makes all the difference: it reassures the caller, lets them know when you’ll be available and shows them that you take calls seriously.

Voicemail is included in the Bbox Fit, Must, Ultym and Smart TV packages
